The manual Gender Studies represents the examination material for the undergraduate course Gendered Law. It consists of articles which have had the multidisciplinary feminist perspective but with a converging focus on legal education and law. There are chapters on legal protection from family violence, human trafficking and prostitution, importance of gender mainstreaming for legal education, law, and legal professions, contradictions between patriarchy and emancipation in modernity and contemporary time, importance of international normative and strategic documents for gender mainstreaming in law and society, importance of overcoming gender stereotypes and prejudices, suffragettes movement and contemporary feminist movements, etc.
