On 19 and 20 July 2021 the University of Cadiz hosted the international congress titled “Gender and Law in Practice and Education”. The congress, held in virtual format, was the second multiplier event of the LAWGEM project. An important part of the conference was keynote presentation on impact of gender action plans in academia. Presentation was delivered by Prof. Dr. Daniel Pérez del Prado, Visiting Professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
Prof. Dr. Daniel Pérez del Prado is Professor in Labor and Social Security Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, with B.A. in Law an B.A. in Economics Universidad Carlos III de Madrid 2008; Master Degree in Private Law Universidad Carlos III de Madrid 2010; Ph. D. In Law. Universidad Carlos III de Madrid 2014. His main areas of expertise are employment policies and flexicurity, economic and social efficiency social policies, unemployment protection and incentives for hiring, and collective bargaining and salaries.
